I had an excellent experience living at The Standard at Cityline. Safety is a top priority here, and the management responds promptly to any concerns. Jennifer and Lorena in the leasing office are not only professional but also incredibly sweet, always willing to assist in any way possible. The office manager, Ms. Lisa, went above and beyond to help me save a trip, displaying exceptional dedication and understanding. I’ll genuinely miss living here, and I highly recommend this place for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.
The management team are outstanding. I been a tenant every since day one and I have peace because I feel safe I love all the bright lights in the hallway and the garage.
Also, I really admire how clean they keep the property.
Gate is always broken now their going to state we can’t find you in our record’s and in our system but I visit my friend everyday and it’s always broken if it’s not front, the back one is. Here is pictures to management. Dont recommend these apartments at all.
This place is terrible. We had cars stolen from the garage, and the roof leaks and all they did is paint over it. It damaged my TV that was underneath it. The AC doesn’t work well enough to cool the place beyond 80 in the summertime. Even if the price is attractive, I would live somewhere else as the place is close to inhabitable.
Edit: I wouldn’t believe what they say even in the replies, they aren’t as committed to fixing the units as they mention.
Despite the negative reviews you see, because everyone has them, the experience at Standard at CityLine is actually pretty incredible. "Customers are more inclined to write negative reviews than positive reviews because of the heightened emotional response." JENNIFER guided me throughout the whole entire process making sure everything goes smoothly. Staff was very responsive and prompt with communication. She explained everything into detail. Very genuine and kind. There are soooo many amenities at this complex. Garages, storages right nearby the apartment, a big gym, a dog bath center, etc. The high ceilings throughout the walkway and within the apartment itself makes every thing looks more spacious. Trash valet almost comes twice a day. Extra parking will always be an issue everywhere you go because you know it is an upkept apartment. Whole Foods across the street walking distance, CityLine always have events for the residents, like check out their Instagram page! At this time of review, I lived here for almost a week.
